It is fascinating to observe how quickly and effortlessly complex content can be summarised, analysed, and visualised. But there are also risks that need to be considered when using AI in complexity work.

A System Map can be one of the most helpful ways to work with complexity. It gives us a comprehensive view of a system and helps us understand — and communicate — the dynamics that shape what we see on the surface. But there’s a challenge.
